HUESA San Jose will host a Video connection for Level 20 – 20.1 - 20.2 that will be broadcast from Melbourne Australia and guided by Dr. Theresa Thu Thuy Nguyen from November 1-5, 2010 (5 days) and Worldwide Huesa conference (1 day)

REGISTRATION:    Monday  11/01/2010 : from 11:00 - 12:00 PM  at San Jose Center
The seminar will start from 11:00 PM – 7::00 AM every day

Fee:  Level 20, 20.1, 20.2 are US $ 850.00 per person
Level 20.1 and 20.2 are US $ 650.00  per person
Level 20.2  is US $ 400.00 per person
Worldwide Huesa conference is US 140.00 per person

AUDITORS:              US $120.00 per/person (except MEL,SHY or HUESA Center Directors)

APPLICATION FORM: The student must fill out Level 20.2 application. Sign and date the agreement and attach a Copy of Level 19 or 20 certificate . Click Here for the application form.

If you have lost these certificates, the local MEL , SHY or HUESA  Center Director must be verified by signing the front page of your applications.

Worldwide Huesa conference is Huesa members from Level basic to level 21 (no filling form)
